Before launching a16z, Ben co-founded and served as CEO of Opsware (formerly Loudcloud), which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard for $1.6 billion. He previously held leadership roles at America Online, Netscape Communications, and Lotus Development Corporation, bringing decades of experience in shaping the internet and technology landscape.
The discussion will be moderated by Costis Maglaras, Dean, and David and Lyn Silfen Professor of Business, Columbia Business School.
This in-person-only event will be held at Columbia Business School in David Geffen Hall, Cooperman Commons, Geffen 120, and is limited to Columbia University community members and invited guests. You must present a Columbia University or government-issued ID that matches the name used on your registration to enter. A grab-and-go lunch will be provided for registered guests following the talk, while supplies last.
