CETA x CEO presents: our 1st ever Women in Search panel!

Have you always been interested in entrepreneurship but find yourself doubting whether you can do it? We'll ‘demystify’ ETA for women who are considering it, and talk about why more of them should consider this path. Up until just a few years ago, women represented fewer than 10% of all traditional search funds raised.

Topics will include (but not limited to):
- Why women make great CEOs in ETA + what’s preventing more from pursuing it (and how to change that)
- Building confidence as a woman leader; navigating imposter syndrome
- Work-life-family balance as an entrepreneur/operator
