As technology reshapes the way we work at an unprecedented pace, how can teams avoid getting lost in this rapidly evolving work environment? Particularly as AI enables smaller, leaner, and hyper-productive teams, how can we counteract the inherent fragility of global, asynchronous workplaces that lack in-person interactions needed to build trust?

As part of the Leadership Development Series under the auspices of The Reuben Mark Initiative for Organizational Character and Leadership, join us for a session with Rajiv Mehta '89 who will walk us through his framework that will shift the way you think about nurturing teamwork in a AI-driven world. All participants will leave with actionable insights to create a thriving, adaptive, and deeply connected team, no matter where or how you work.

Key Learning Objectives:

- See (in real maps!) the invisible patterns of your daily interactions and social dynamics, through innovations in personal science
- Strengthen your team’s bonds, through experiences of collective self-reflection
- Build a resilient, high-trust culture that allows innovation to flourish, even in distributed, asynchronous workplaces

This workshop is co-sponsored by OSA as marketing partner.
