As part of Leadership and Ethics Week 2025, the Student Leadership and Ethics Board will host a panel to discuss how to navigate the ethical challenges of AI through the lens of inclusive leadership. The conversation will explore the real-world dilemmas companies face when adopting new technologies and provide actionable insights for future business leaders committed to ethical innovation in our ever-evolving, AI-driven world.

Key Learning Objectives:
-Mitigating bias and prejudice in AI systems
-Addressing systemic inequities that affect marginalized groups

Attending this session will provide credit towards the Phillips Pathway for Inclusive Leadership (PPIL), focusing on the DEI essential skills of Mitigating Bias and Prejudice and Addressing Systemic Inequity.
