A Leadership Development Strategist and Executive Coach, Natasha helps business leaders realize their full potential and achieve their goals through impactful leadership development experiences. Currently leading development initiatives at Johnson & Johnson, she combines a strong academic foundation in Organizational Psychology with a background in the pharmaceutical industry to create transformative learning experiences.
