Event Details

EMBA Career Management, in partnership with BlueSteps and the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), presents a rare opportunity to hear directly from search professionals who focus on helping companies plan board recruitment policies.

Join AESC President, Peter Felix, for a lively and current panel discussion about what boards look for today as well as how to get noticed and be successfully considered for a boardroom seat.

This event offers current Executive MBA students and Alumni a chance to learn:

  • Valuable insight on the skills and experiences you should seek to position yourself as an interesting board candidate
  • How the push for board diversification could mean earlier opportunities for service than ever before
  • The recruitment criteria behind real-life examples of successful board searches.

At 6pm, immediately following the talk and Q&A period, you are invited to continue the discussion with panelists and fellow attendees over pizza, beer and soft drinks in the Warren Hall lobby.
