Join us for an interactive, fun game, and pick up a few lessons on managing your business toward a successful sale: who should buy your company; how should you think about your company’s value; how can you enhance its value; how can you manage through challenging markets; how do you manage insurance, estate planning and taxes?
Bob Heiss is a licensee of Sandler Training who specializes in business development strategies, sales productivity, and management training.
