The core challenge for every organization today is to get its people to operate at their highest potential – to excel as leaders, innovators, problem-solvers and relationship-builders.  Is it possible that the most powerful path for us to get there is by first mastering our inner world rather than our outer world?  What are scientists discovering today about the secrets of our inner life?  How can we use the latest scientific breakthroughs to improve ourselves as leaders, citizens, and human beings?  In this session, Dr. Hitendra Wadhwa, Professor of Practice at Columbia Business School and Founder of the Institute for Personal Leadership will engage in an immersive and engaging dialog with Dr. Dan Siegel, a pioneer in the field of Interpersonal Neurobiology which synthesizes different scientific disciplines into one perspective, and author of several widely acclaimed books on psychotherapy, mindfulness, parenting and education.  Their discussion will focus on specific frameworks, insights and tools that we can all use to understand and master our inner domain and thus reach for success in life and leadership from the inside out.
