AI Club Workshop: Building with Claude Code & Agentic Tools

Join us for a hands on workshop led by Professor Sunny Israni where we move beyond prompting and into agentic coding — AI tools that write and execute code on your behalf. Following our February series on n8n workflows, this session explores the next layer: tools like Claude Code that let you build real automations using natural language.

🗺️ The Landscape
We'll start with a walkthrough of the current agentic tool landscape, what makes them different, and some of the underlying tech. Having that context first makes the build part click.

🛠️ The Build
From there, we'll jump into a simple live build using Claude Code, connecting it to Gmail to analyze and triage an inbox. We'll also demo Claude Code's new Channels feature for delegating tasks remotely and compare managed platforms with open source alternatives so you can pick the right tool for your own projects.
