AI is rapidly changing how organizations operate, but adopting new technology is only part of the challenge. What happens to decision-making, governance, culture, and leadership when AI becomes part of how work gets done?

Join Professor Jeff McMillan, global AI leader and former Head of Firmwide AI at Morgan Stanley, for a conversation about the organizational side of AI transformation. Drawing on his work and teaching on AI and organizational change, Professor McMillan will explore why some organizations successfully adapt to AI while others struggle, what leaders often underestimate about transformation, and how students entering the workforce can think about AI as both a technological and organizational shift.

The one-hour session will include a moderated conversation followed by audience Q&A.
