As part of the Leadership Development Series under the auspices of The Reuben Mark Initiative for Organizational Character and Leadership, this interactive workshop, facilitated by LEAD Professor Ashli Carter, is designed to help you transform difficult conversations into opportunities for learning. The session introduces a clear framework for understanding why conversations can escalate around sensitive and complex topics and empowers you to approach them with curiosity, respect, and empathy to achieve positive, mutually beneficial outcomes.
