Financial Literacy Volunteer Club Final Session

Join us (virtually), Friday, Dec.3, from 12:45-1:45pm. We work with adults with learning and other developmental disabilities through general financial literacy skills and hands-on workshops. No experience required – you will contribute right away! This week's session will focus on how to protect your finances.

Financial skills, such as budgeting, saving, and investing, can be confusing topics for anybody. These skills can be especially intimidating for adults with developmental disabilities, who are often overlooked and left to figure these topics out on their own. Volunteers are given the opportunity to help bridge the informational gap for these individuals and to help them feel more comfortable navigating the complex financial environment that we all live in.
