Founded in 2017, Kviv Ventures has become an active investor in the Brazilian Search Fund ecosystem, backing entrepreneurs pursuing the acquisition and operation of established businesses. Raphael brings a unique perspective as an entrepreneur, investor, and experienced business leader, having previously served as CEO of Via Varejo and currently serving on the boards of companies across multiple sectors.

During this intimate lunch discussion, Raphael will share his perspective on the evolution of the Search Fund model in Brazil, what investors look for in aspiring searchers, opportunities and challenges in acquiring businesses in the Brazilian market, and lessons from supporting entrepreneurs from search through acquisition and operation.
