Columbia ETA Club is excited to welcome back David Rosner of Footbridge Partners to share his personal ETA journey. David's bio is below and also located at this link: https://www.footbridgepartners.com/team

David began his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors Group, advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on debt, equity and M&A transactions. David then joined Diamond Castle, a private equity fund, where he evaluated, executed and monitored investments across a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, energy and media. Following Diamond Castle, David attended Harvard Business School, where he & his section mate (Greg) formed Footbridge Partners I, a search fund vehicle designed to acquire and operate one lower middle market business. David & Greg searched for, acquired, operated & sold smarTours, a value-oriented tour operator, generating an outsized return for investors. David served as co-CEO and on the Board of Directors from 2013 to 2019.

David is actively involved in the broader search fund community. David is a Visiting Executive at Harvard Business School involved in the Entrepreneurship through Acquisition course (the course on search funds) and is a regular lecturer at other top MBA programs across the country. He also serves on The Haverford School's Leadership Council. David lives in Montclair, NJ with his wife and two sons.

David graduated from Princeton University, magna cum laude & Phi Beta Kappa, with a degree in Economics, and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
