The Chazen Institute is excited to announce the Traveling While: Wellness for Business Travelers event, presented in collaboration with the Hospitality and Travel Association (HTA). Traveling While... is a series of discussions that aims to create a more inclusive environment at CBS. Conversations focus on global travel challenges, cross cultural learning, managing identities, mitigating prejudice and bias, and sensitive conversations. We invite members of the CBS community to join us in listening empathetically as our speakers delve into the impact of international travel on identity, family values, and global citizenship. HTA students will explore the concept of wellness within the context of business travel. The panelists will share how travel can impact physical and mental health, the differences between various types of business travel, the ups-and-downs of dealing with the unexpected, and how travel can improve and strengthen your mental fortitude. Student presenters are Haneke Manoharan '25, Christian Virgil '25, and Athena Zou '25. The session will be moderated by Professor Aamir A. Rehman.
