Yosuke Honjo, President & CEO, ITO EN (North America) Inc., brings over 20 years of experience managing various projects, products, and company acquisitions. Honjo began his journey at ITO EN, Ltd. in Japan and founded ITO EN (North America) Inc. in 2001, creating the unsweetened tea market in the U.S. In 2002, Honjo opened a flagship shop, ITO EN New York, and continues to develop ITO EN (North America) Inc. through new restaurants and acquisitions. Active in the community, Honjo serves on the boards of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of New York, Nippon Club, Executive Committee of Japan Day, Japan Society, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the US-Japan Council. Additionally, he founded the Honjo International Scholarship Foundation, a program to create a network of Japanese Americans with the Japan American Association, Japan Medical Society of America, Columbia University, Hawaii University, and the University of Southern California.
Honjo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Science at Waseda University and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
