Join us for a conversation with Dr. Georgina Genovese and Dr. Emma Letts, from Solstice Physiotherapy, a boutique practice specializing in women’s pelvic floor physical therapy. This engaging session will explore pelvic floor health — a foundational yet often overlooked part of women’s well-being. The pelvic floor plays a central role in bladder and bowel control, sexual function, core strength, workouts, posture, and pregnancy, yet most women are never taught what it is or how it functions. The talk will break down the basics, challenge common misconceptions, and include a brief guided exercise segment to help you better understand and isolate these muscles.
