Details

Steve Schurr is a former senior managing director of Fundamental Equities and portfolio manager at Balyasny Asset Management (BAM). He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Schurr joined BAM in 2021 from Point72, where he was an equities portfolio manager. Before that, he was a managing director at Brahman Capital and held investment-focused roles at Harrier Hawk Management and Kynikos Associates. Schurr has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & American Studies from Princeton University.
