The Women in Real Estate Development (WIRED) from the Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation, and the Columbia Business School Real Estate Association (REA) present the annual Columbia Women in Real Estate Summit on Thursday, April 16th, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.

All Columbia students and alumni are invited to attend this event at Columbia Business School's Manhattanville campus. This year’s Columbia Women in Real Estate Summit will focus on the theme: “Building for the Future: Investing and Generating Real Value.”

KEYNOTE FIRESIDE CHAT:
This fireside chat welcomes Margaret Anadu, Senior Partner and Head of Real Estate at The Vistria Group, a next-generation private investment firm that operates at the intersection of purpose and profit.

Margaret’s career spans leadership in real estate investing, equitable access to capital, and institution-building across both the public and private sectors. She co-founded and now leads real estate at Vistria, with prior experience shaping impact and urban investment at Goldman Sachs. Margaret has had a lasting influence on how capital can be deployed to generate both strong returns and meaningful community impact. In this engaging discussion, Margaret will reflect on how she has built the foundations for her career success and how she has meaningfully generated value in the real estate sector. She will also share insights on capital, leadership, and shaping resilient communities long-term in the face of dynamic market and environmental conditions.
