Private Equity Field Study

Join Prof. Michael Ewens to discuss the 2025 Spring term offering of the Private Equity Field Study course. The application-only course connects students with private equity firms to work on a semester-long project for a day a week during the Spring term. Projects include industry mapping, due diligence analysis, add-on acquisition search, and other tasks to support deal sourcing, deal execution and operations. The information session will provide a summary of the syllabus and provide an opportunity for interested students to ask questions. Select students from the current course will also be available to talk about their ongoing projects.
