Gregory Dalvito is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Dalvito was Co-Head of Technology Investment Banking and a member of the Investment Banking Operating Committee at Barclays. Mr. Dalvito has over 25 years of experience working with clients across all sectors of technology. Mr. Dalvito previously served as Co-Head of TMT M&A, Co-Chairman of the firm’s Fairness and Valuation Committee and Head of Standards and Practices.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Dalvito advised on transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $450 billion. Prior to joining Barclays, Mr. Dalvito was head of Media M&A at Lehman Brothers and was a senior member of the Citigroup/Salomon Brothers M&A department.
Mr. Dalvito received a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
