Details

Join the Running & Triathlon Club for a ride or run in Central Park! Family, pets and friends are also welcome.

Meeting Location: Central Park @ 59th & 5th Avenue (Grand Army Plaza)

Need a bike? We're providing a limited number of free bikes to current CBS students. You'll need to arrive by 9:45am to walk to 56 West 56th Street (Unlimited Biking) for a bike pickup.

Expect to cover roughly 3-5 miles walking/running or 12-18 miles cycling depending on pace. Coffee and bagels will be provided at the end of the workout.
