Tamer Institute Clubs Kickoff

Are you interested in sustainability and climate change? Social enterprise careers, pro bono consulting, and/or volunteer opportunities in our local neighborhood? Want to learn more about social entrepreneurship, impact investing, CSR, renewable energy, board service, or international development? This joint kickoff will introduce the club leaders, club initiatives, and the social & environmental impact community on campus.

Clubs and club-related initiatives include:

  • Green Business Club (GBC)

The purpose of the Green Business Club is to support students interested in green business and sustainability and advocate for increased green business programming within Columbia Business School. The Green Business Club provides students with learning opportunities in environmental sustainability and business and advocates for green initiatives on campus. We pursue this through various activities, including: organizing events with potential employers, seeking and sharing relevant information through a club newsletter, planning on and off campus educational programming, facilitating networking within our club and with other groups, and leading and participating in Columbia-related environmental events and initiatives.

    Co-presidents:
