The W. Edwards Deming Center at Columbia Business School (CBS) invites you to attend the first session of its “The Art and Science of Execution” Speaker Series, which will feature business leader, investor, and philanthropist Paul Polman. Moderated by Professor Bruce Usher, the session will explore how business can drive a net positive future and lead for good. Lunch will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.

Leila Jalai currently leads Global Planning & Inventory Management at David Yurman.

Prior to joining David Yurman, Jalai was the Head of End-to-End Planning and Go-to-Market at Under Armour. Her scope covered Demand & Supply Planning, Pricing, Merch Financial Planning, Allocation/Replenishment, Inventory Management, and Material Planning. As the head of Go-to-Market she also oversaw the execution of UA’s go to market strategy across product and marketing.

Before joining UA, Leila spent 10 years at The Estee Lauder Companies in different planning and strategic roles, and over 10 years at Accenture working with Fortune 500 companies coming up with creative solutions to maximize profits and optimize their planning, sales and supply chain operations.
