David Kachoui is the Managing Director of Operations at Natech Plastics, where he leads operational strategy and helps manufacturers improve their people, processes, and products through continuous learning and organizational development. Prior to his current role, he served as Natech's Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Director of Business Development, driving strategy across sales, marketing, customer service, and operations during the company's growth. Before joining Natech, he held product and project management leadership positions at Citigroup, Citi Smith Barney, and Women's World Banking, building expertise in financial services and technology. He also serves as a board member for Thal Precision Industries, reflecting his broader involvement in manufacturing leadership. Kachoui earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix. In addition to his leadership roles, he co-developed a management training program that helps organizations build the capabilities needed to design, implement, and integrate their people, products, and processes while coaching small business owners through growth and operational transformation.
