Jenna Kirschner is Chief of Staff to the Global COO at HelloFresh, the world's largest meal kit subscription service that delivers pre-portioned ingredients and step-by-step recipes directly to two million customers' doorsteps each week. In this role, she leads the end-to-end operational transformation of the supply chain spanning 16 consumer markets and nearly 3,000 employees–driving strategic alignment across people, processes, and technology. Since joining HelloFresh in 2020, Kirschner has held progressive leadership roles, managing significant supply chain disruption and demand volatility during and following the COVID-19 pandemic. Kirschner began her career at JPMorgan Chase, advancing from Analyst to Vice President. Her tenure was highlighted by the design and deployment of an enterprise-wide risk management technology suite to monitor intraday liquidity exposure–an initiative at the intersection of financial risk, systems architecture, and regulatory compliance. Kirschner holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics, summa cum laude, from Georgetown University.
