Epic Ascents: Breaking Barriers & Reaching New Heights

The Black Business Students Association at Columbia Business School presents
the 41st annual Elevate conference on March 31st – April 1st, 2023.

As the oldest, student-led conference at CBS, Elevate is an opportunity for Black industry leaders to share their career journeys and personal perspectives with the next generation of business school students and alumni.

Throughout the event we’ll be honoring the legacies of Black trailblazers who carved their own paths to reach unimaginable peaks of success.

Elevate is also part of the 100/50 Celebration, in honor of the 100th anniversary of the first Black student to matriculate at CBS and the 50th anniversary of the BBSA.
