Details
Although evidence consistently suggests a strong connection between inclusive workplaces and higher performance and profitability, businesses themselves are not consistently investing in creating equitable spaces that are inclusive of trans and gender-nonconforming individuals. For business leaders looking to build a culture that holds space for everyone’s identity, this workshop will provide some key learnings for understanding the actions they can take to build equity and inclusivity.
This training is curated with the intention that participants will gain a deeper understanding of microaggressions and cisgender/heterosexual privilege and learn to dismantle and regulate these factors in the workplace. Participants will unpack the nuances of leveraging the power of allyship and gain skills to tackle the table stakes of a gender-inclusive workplace. The goal of this workshop is to assist in an expansion of gender and sexual orientation at work to ensure a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
