Join us for the 33rd Annual Columbia Women in Business Conference!

CWiB’s 2026 Conference, The Age of Influence: The Women Driving Markets and Shaping Culture, will take place at Columbia Business School on Friday, November 6, 2026.

This all-day gathering brings together Columbia Business School students, alumni, and a broader community of leaders to celebrate the voices, experiences, and accomplishments of women and non-binary individuals across industries, roles, and generations.

This year’s theme, The Age of Influence, explores the many ways women are shaping the future of business, markets, and culture. Through candid conversations with influential leaders, industry-focused panels, and opportunities to connect across the Columbia community, the conference will examine how women are navigating change, making high-stakes decisions, driving innovation, and redefining leadership in an increasingly complex world.

Attendees are also invited to join us for a pre-conference networking reception at M.M.LaFleur’s Bryant Park showroom on Thursday, November 5.
