Amy Griffin is the Founder and Managing Partner of G9 Ventures, a private, evergreen consumer-focused fund, which she founded in 2017. Amy currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bumble, Spanx, and Gagosian in addition to the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Women’s Board of the Boys Club of New York. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the One Love Foundation and has held board positions at a number of organizations, including KIPP, The Virginia Athletics Foundation, The Spence School, and The Mead Foundation. Amy graduated with a BA in English from the University of Virginia where she was a student-athlete on the women’s volleyball team for four years. She lives in New York City with her husband, John, and their four children.

Nell Diamond is the Founder and CEO of Hill House Home, a digital-first fashion and lifestyle brand that brings beauty and joy to everyday rituals. In her role as CEO, Nell oversees all business functions, including growth, product, design, marketing and creative.

Founded in 2016, Hill House Home launched as a direct-to-consumer bedding and home business. The company went viral with the 2019 launch of their cult-favorite product, the Nap Dress®, and has since expanded further into fashion categories including separates, pajamas, shoes and swim, while iterating on their home offering across bedding, bath and baby.

Led by the values of quality, comfort and design integrity, Nell has developed a hyper loyal and avidly engaged customer base, and has quickly built Hill House Home into a new luxury leader valued at over $150 million.

Prior to founding Hill House Home, Nell worked as a Fixed Income Analyst at Deutsche Bank in New York. She has an MBA from Yale’s School of Management and a BA in English Literature from Princeton University. Nell has been included in “Forbes 30 Under 30” and been featured in New York Magazine, Vogue, New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and more. She lives in New York City with her husband and three young children.
