Adam Caslow is a fourth-generation owner and Managing Partner of Acme Smoked Fish, a family-owned Brooklyn business with more than a century of history. Rob Snyder is Acme’s CEO, leading the company as it continues its transition from family-led management to professional leadership.

Today, Acme has grown far beyond its Brooklyn roots, with operations in the U.S. and Chile, while remaining family-owned and preserving the traditions that have shaped the business across four generations.
