Join the Columbia Business School Gourmet Club, Wine Society, and Cluster Q for “Queering the Table”, a special lunch panel featuring Chef Telly Justice and Wine Director Camille Lindsley, the visionary duo behind HAGS, New York City’s acclaimed queer fine dining restaurant in the East Village.

Recently named one of Bon Appétit’s Best New Restaurants of 2023, HAGS is redefining hospitality with a mission to create a space by queer people, for all people. Chef Telly Justice - a James Beard Award–nominated chef and one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs of 2025 - crafts deeply personal, story-driven menus inspired by Southern potluck traditions and a belief in community-centered dining. Together with Wine Director Camille Lindsley, she has built an inclusive fine-dining experience that pairs culinary excellence with radical hospitality, even hosting weekly “Pay What You Can” meals to make the table open to everyone.
