Around the world for $6 a plate. Gourmet Club is heading to the Queens Night Market, where about 70 food stalls serve 40+ cuisines in one lot behind the New York Hall of Science: Kazakh beshbarmak, Tibetan momos, Trinidadian doubles, Egyptian lamb chops, Portuguese pastéis de nata. Nothing costs more than $6, and the organizers say this is the last season of that price cap.

It's a low-key one. We meet once at the entrance, split into pods of five, and you're off. Everyone lines up for a different dish and shares, so you taste a lot more for the same money. Each pod gets a bingo card of things worth finding. Stay as long as you like and head home whenever.
