Join us for a Lunch & Learn with Henrique Duarte of KYR Capital and Daniel Fernández Abarno, Founder and Managing Director of ROU Partners, for a conversation on Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and the growing search fund ecosystem across Latin America.

Drawing on their experiences as an investor and entrepreneur operating across the region, Henrique and Daniel will explore how the search fund model is adapted to different markets and how local culture, identity, and stakeholder perspectives shape the process of sourcing, investing in, acquiring, and ultimately leading a business.

Beyond the mechanics of ETA, the discussion will examine an often-overlooked part of acquiring and operating a company: leading across different perspectives. Searchers must build trust with founders, employees, investors, and communities whose backgrounds, priorities, and definitions of success may differ significantly from their own.
