This session brings together two media pioneers, Tom Rogers and Robert Friedman, to explore the evolution of content in the digital age. Rogers, founding President of NBC Cable and long-serving CEO of TiVo, helped launch CNBC and MSNBC and led the streaming revolution by bringing Netflix and Amazon into mainstream TV. Friedman, CEO of Bungalow Media + Entertainment, built a career spanning MTV Networks, AOL, Radical Media, and New Line Cinema, producing acclaimed films and documentaries such as The Lord of the Rings and Little Richard: I Am Everything. Together, they have shaped entertainment across television, film, streaming, gaming, and AI. This conversation will reveal how technological disruption has transformed audience engagement and content creation, from cable’s rise to today’s interactive and on-demand experiences. Attendees will gain insider perspectives on navigating change, anticipating trends, and redefining entertainment for the future.
