The Silfen Leadership Series is an initiative wherein world-renowned leaders come to campus to speak to students. It is funded by an endowment set up by David ’68 and Lyn Silfen. Each year, a board of six to eight students is selected, with whom we work to run each Silfen session.

As a student-run venture, in conjunction with the Dean's Office and the Office of Development and Alumni Relations, the Series aims to enhance the shared access to intellectual capital between students and the leaders who drive organizations, societies, and markets forward.

This session will be featuring Artie Minson '94.

Artie Minson is a tech executive who serves as LeafLink’s chief executive officer, president, and board member. He is responsible for managing operations, sales, marketing, customer service, and corporate functions to support the company’s scaling technology services.

Artie has a distinguished and impressive background encompassing various mainstream tech leadership positions. Before joining LeafLink, he founded 715 Capital Partners, which provides early-stage capital and advice on strategy and operations to technology-enabled subscription businesses. Other notable past roles include serving as co-CEO, President, COO, and CFO of WeWork, CFO of Time Warner Cable, and COO and CFO of AOL.

Artie received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgetown University.
