Columbia Business School
Student Government

Become a part of our vibrant community

The Student Government serves as the governing body for Columbia Business School's graduate programs

Our Student Government is comprised of the governing boards of the 22 full-time MBA clusters and a 15-member Executive Board ("ExBo") of second-year students. We partner closely with other advisory boards, such as the Peer Advisor Board, CBS Reflects, CMC Fellows Board, and the EMBA Advisory Board, and the school's administration to achieve our goals.

Our mission is to:
1) Promote the welfare of the student body
2) Preserve the integrity of the student body
3) Provide general leadership to the student body

Our work, as Student Government, includes:
1) Representing the student body in discussions with faculty
2) Providing social and professional activities for the Student Body
3) Assisting the administration in overseeing the activities of CBS student-led organizations
4) Representing the CBS Student Body to external constituencies
