DESCRIPTION:Join the Student Leadership and Ethics Board (SLEB) for Values in Practice, a student-led discussion and reflection on the Class of 2027 IBSC Learning Team Values Exercise. Facilitated by SLEB Co-Chairs, Hope Goldman '26, and Katherine Smart '26, this interactive session will unpack the values-based conflicts explored in LEAD, providing a supportive space for open dialogue on real-world decision-making in the context of business. The conversation will also highlight the Learning Team experience and how the exercise established trust and connection between members.\n\nThis is an opportunity for first- and second-year students to engage deeply with peers on topics that shape your leadership journey. To ensure a respectful environment, all participants are expected to follow our code of conduct: be open, be respectful, be non-judgmental.
