DESCRIPTION:An essential component of being a great leader is not only understanding the foundations of influence, but also how to effectively deploy and manage these skills. As part of the Leadership Development Series under the auspices of The Reuben Mark Initiative for Organizational Character and Leadership, this workshop facilitated by Mike White, PhD Candidate in Organizational Behavior and Head TA of LEAD at Columbia Business School, will equip our student leaders with a set of tools to navigate complex situations to rise above the common pitfalls of power dynamics and soft influence.
