The Deming Center at Columbia Business School invites you to attend the first session of its “The Art and Science of Execution” Roundtable Series, a sit-down lunch in conversation with Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co., Alessandro Delfino '08. Based in New York, Delfino co-leads McKinsey's PE/Operations Practice, where he has helped clients across multiple industries (Life Sciences, CPG, Industrials, Healthcare, Private Equity) on turnarounds, performance improvement, M&A, and capability building for the past 15 years. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School in 2008.
