Join Austin Fruchter (CBS ’25) and Rohit Datta (CBS ’25), Founders and Managing Partners of Arch Legacy Partners, and former presidents of CBS ETA Club. They will explore how to make a partner search, and how they intend to manage a company together.

Austin and Rohit will also cover how to negotiate with investors, how to manage seller, how to investigate a target, and how to use interns to leverage your diligence process. Both will share insights on how their experience shaped their search, and how their friendship is helping their process.
