Jeanne has a Master of Business Administration and MA in International Studies from the Wharton School and the Lauder Institute, and has a BSc in Economics and BA in International Studies from The University of Pennsylvania.

Paul is an established business leader with extensive experience in strategy, operational excellence and organizational transformation across a range of industries and geographies.
Paul is a co-leader for the EY Center for Executive Leadership CEO program, helping top leaders to achieve peak performance, professionally and personally, by providing insights and networking opportunities. Paul specializes in partnering with executive teams to translate investor expectations and link that to strategy, capital allocation and enterprise wide transformation.
Before EY, Paul had 18 years of consulting, business and turnaround experience. He worked as an operating partner in private equity (PE), supporting CEOs in portfolio companies deliver on the investment thesis. Paul also worked as a partner at a global consulting firm, driving large-scale transformation, strategy and business improvement programs across Fortune 500 companies. He has sector experience in multiple industries, including industrials, chemicals, automotive, high tech, apparel and consumer products.
Paul has a master’s degree from the University of Michigan in Industrial and Operations Engineering, and a bachelor’s in Asian Studies.

Pablo Dominguez joined Insight in 2018 as an Operating Partner. Pablo focuses on partnering with Insight’s portfolio companies to build and scale effective commercial teams through the application of proven and repeatable go-to-market and operational best practices. He brings over 20 years of experience working on Salesforce effectiveness engagements across startups and various global 2000 companies.
Prior to joining Insight, Pablo was the Vice President of Global Business Operations and Customer Experience at NYC-based startup AppNexus. AppNexus is a leading independent ad tech company which was acquired by Xandr (division of AT&T) in 2018 for approximately $2B. Pablo joined AppNexus in 2014 and was responsible for building a Business Operations organization which provided support for Sales, Services, Marketing, and Product Line teams as well as driving annual strategic planning and key initiatives across AppNexus.
Previously, Pablo spent four years at ADP (Automatic Data Processing), first standing up a Global Sales Compensation function and ultimately running Global Sales Operations across 10 business units which supported over 8,000 sales associates.
Prior to ADP, Pablo held various leadership roles in sales operations across Avaya, and he led the global sales integration of Avaya’s $1B acquisition of Nortel Enterprise in 2009. Earlier, he began his career in management consulting, working at The Alexander Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on providing revenue growth solutions.
Pablo received a BBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas, and his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Pablo is originally from Mexico, grew up in Texas, and has spent the last 16 years living in New Jersey with his wife and two sons.

Jill Wight

Jill Wight is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and an Operating Partner of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.
Ms. Wight was previously at the Carlyle Group, where she led portfolio operations for the Carlyle Equity Opportunity Funds. Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Wight was with Goldman Sachs where she led the Portfolio Operations Team for the Special Situations Group.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Wight was in the Equity and Controlled Distressed Debt Group at GSC, where she was involved in the management of portfolio companies post-acquisition, and with Bain & Company, where she served clients in private equity and financial services.
She began her career at Marakon Associates, a strategic consulting firm. Ms. Wight holds a BA in Economics from Yale University, and earned an MBA, with Distinction, from Wharton.
