Ben has spent more than 30 years building digital products. Before Doximity, he served as VP of Mobile Products and User Experience at WebMD/Medscape, Chief Product Officer at the Scripps Research Translational Institute, working alongside Eric Topol, and Chief Product Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America.

The discussion will go beyond AI hype to examine how leaders identify real customer problems, build products physicians trust, evaluate emerging technologies, and turn innovation into scalable businesses.
