Building access for guests

All Columbia University faculty and staff, as well as all Business School students have access to Henry R. Kravis and David Geffen halls. Events that take place during the weekend, events that require a larger scope of labor and larger number of laborers, events scheduled with limited set up and break down time, event setups that require moving rented furniture from the loading dock, and requests submitted with late notice will all incur higher fees. If you are in need of an exact cost estimate, you may request one from Columbia Facilities here. Please know that the CBS Operations team does everything we can to keep fees as low as possible.

Services

Furniture arrangement
In advance of your event, we can help advise you on the arrangement that will best suit your event activities and schedule laborers to set-up the space to your liking. Standby labor staff can also be scheduled to re-arrange furniture during your event for a fee and must be scheduled in advance. Following your event, labor staff can reset the furniture to restore the room to its original condition.
