Phillips Pathway for Inclusive Leadership
The Phillips Pathway for Inclusive Leadership (PPIL) is a co-curricular program designed to provide students with the skills and strategies needed to develop as inclusive leaders. The program features robust programming offered throughout the student's educational journey, anchored on five essential inclusive leadership skills. Designed by Mariah Celestine '20 and Camira Livers-Powell '20 and based on the profound research of the late Professor Katherine Phillips, the program has been part of the CBS student experience since 2021.
The goal of PPIL is to develop more inclusive leaders by introducing robust programming for students to explore and reflect on a combination of five inclusive leadership skills:
Staff partners and student club leaders can plan and host PPIL events for the Full-Time MBA, Executive MBA, and MS student cohorts.
Event organizers are encouraged to review the site below to learn how they can submit their PPIL proposals!
